Eligibility

Leading the congregation in worship is a PRIVILEGE. As worship leaders, we must be good examples in faith, conduct, and personal affairs. Candidates must meet the following criteria.
1.    Must be born again, striving to live a righteous life, and be in agreement with the tenets of faith of NCC.

2.    Must be a member or in the process of becoming a member and a regular attendee of NCC for at least two months.

3.    Must possess a gifting in your area of interest and complete an audition.

4.    Must be a team player, have a good attitude, and be able to get along well with others.

5.    Must support the Worship Pastor, worship leader, and all leadership of NC in both word and action.

6.    Must be neat in appearance and abide by the team dress code.

7.    Must attend scheduled rehearsals and occasional workshops.

8.    Must keep your home life in order.

9.    Must be an excellent role model at ALL times.
