Meet our Pastors
Larry and Debbie Emerson
Larry and Debbie have been Lead Pastors of North Central Church since 2007. They are native Houstonians, having grown up in the Aldine Community where they graduated from MacArthur High School.
It was while Larry was a supervisor at United Parcel Service and attending a local community college for Business Management that God radically changed the course of his life in 1987. He left UPS to attend Bible College and after graduating from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 1989, Pastor Larry joined the staff at North Central Church. He and Debbie were married the following year, 1990, and together they have served North Central Church in various positions of ministry before being elected to serve as Senior Lead Pastors in 2007. They are community minded with a heart for family ministry and global missions. Their greatest passion is to see people of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities, come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. On a personal note, they love to travel and be outdoors, hiking, biking, and enjoying all the beautiful things God has made, including their twelve grandchildren that they adore!
