In order for all Media Requests to be created and translated in both English and in Spanish, all requests are due two weeks in advance.

For simple announcements for the handout/TV screens that require no graphics, all requests must be submitted by Tuesday at 3pm to be included in the announcements for that next Sunday.

The cost of the cleaning crew will be charged to the ministry hosting the event in the amount of $140. The person in charge of closing the church will be responsible for staying while the crew is cleaning and lock up after they are finished. The cleaning crew will not be responsible for closing/locking the church. They will only clean the rooms used as well as bathrooms in the area.
