Sonship

When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, a profound spiritual transformation takes place in our lives. We do not simply receive forgiveness for our sins; we enter into a new and intimate relationship with God Himself. According to the Bible, at the moment of our salvation, we are adopted into God's family. We become His beloved children—not by natural birth, but through faith in Jesus Christ (John 1:12-13).

This means that we are no longer outsiders or strangers to God. Instead, we are sons and daughters of the Most High, cherished and valued beyond measure. As children of God, we inherit His promises and enjoy the privileges of being part of His household. We receive His love, guidance, and protection, and we are invited to call Him "Abba, Father" (Romans 8:15), reflecting a close and personal relationship.

Furthermore, as members of God’s family, we are joined to a vast community of believers, the body of Christ, who share in this new identity. We are brothers and sisters in Christ, called to love, support, and encourage each other as we grow in faith.
