Intentional Worship: The King

Worshiping God is a profound way to express our love for Him and reverence for the grandness of His majesty. When we come before Him in worship, we recognize His superiority, divinity, and Lordship above all else. He alone is worthy of our highest praise and admiration. We commemorate highly valued things and as such, worshipping Him helps us appreciate the treasure He is. As we kneel before our maker, it allows us to contemplate the splendor that defines who He is – holy, compassionate, and merciful. Celebrating what makes Him unique aligns our hearts with how God finds beauty and joy in surrendering ourselves completely to Him.
