What Is Child Dedication?

Child Dedication is a special time when parents publicly thank God for their child and commit to raising them according to His Word. It's an opportunity to pray over your child, ask for God's guidance, and invite your church family to support you as you nurture their faith.

Why Do We Dedicate Our Children?

As parents, we recognize that our children belong to God and that raising them is a precious responsibility. Dedication is a commitment to teach them about Jesus, demonstrate His love, and lead by example. While dedication doesn't make a child a Christian, it expresses a parent's desire to guide them toward a personal relationship with Christ.

Invite your family and friends to celebrate with you! Plan to arrive a little early so everyone can get settled before the service. Our team will provide any additional instructions you may need.

Celebrate Your Child's Dedication!

Child Dedication takes place during our 10:00 AM service on Celebration Sunday! Pastor Larry will lead a special time of prayer as you publicly commit to raising your child in God's love. Your church family will be there to celebrate this precious moment with you! Each child will also receive a special Bible and Dedication Certificate as a keepsake of this meaningful day.
